How are your products shipped to ensure freshness?
All Beher USA perishable items are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Where does your meat come from?
Our products are sourced from our own 100% authentic Iberian pigs raised in the meadows of Spain, processed under the strictest quality standards before being imported to the USA.
What is the shelf life of your sliced ham?
Our vacuum-sealed sliced ham typically has a shelf life of 6 to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 3-5 days for the best flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping outside the USA?
Currently, Beher USA only ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship internationally at this time due to food safety regulations.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
